About the role

Solvrex Career Services helps job-seekers — mainly international students and working professionals — succeed in their job search. As a Career Success Associate, you will do the day-to-day work that gets our clients in front of recruiters: tailoring their resumes, optimising their LinkedIn profiles, and applying to jobs on their behalf. Your accuracy and care directly shape whether a client gets interview calls, so this role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who takes pride in doing things right. No prior experience is required — we will train you on our process.

Key responsibilities

  • Tailor resumes and cover letters for each client using our approved processes
  • Apply to jobs that match each client's preferences and target roles
  • Optimise client LinkedIn profiles for better visibility and recruiter reach
  • Maintain accurate application trackers and client records
  • Prepare clear weekly progress reports for clients and the Career Success Lead
  • Research companies and openings that fit each client's goals
  • Communicate with clients in a professional, friendly, and empathetic way
  • Always keep client information private and secure
  • Flag and escalate any issues or unusual cases to the Lead

Skills & requirements

  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Excellent attention to detail — accurate, careful, and consistent work
  • Comfortable working with resumes, LinkedIn, and online job portals
  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple clients without missing details
  • Reliable and responsible, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable communicating with international students and working professionals
  • An open mind and willingness to learn, including comfort with AI tools
  • No prior experience required — good to have (not required): any exposure to resume writing, HR, or recruitment

Eligibility

  • Currently pursuing any undergraduate or postgraduate degree (students from any stream are welcome)
  • 2027 or 2028 graduating batch (second- and third-year students encouraged to apply)
  • Minimum 6.0 CGPA
  • No active backlogs
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months, with the opportunity to continue based on performance
